Outskirts Industries, LLC is a Commercial General Contractor that specializes in Tenant Interiors throughout several markets. These primary markets include, but are not limited to Tenant Improvement, Retail, and Healthcare.
Outskirts Industries was started by Timothy Rye II in August 2018. A lifetime around the Construction Industry fueled a passion for problem solving and experiences with other General Contractors in the area created a desire to find a better way to do things. Tim took the lessons learned in other roles and began laying the groundwork for our company.
At Outskirts we pride ourselves in delivering not only high quality projects, but also strive to deliver an experience that will be the foundation for our relationship for years to come. Our team is comprised of a unique group of individuals with various backgrounds. The past experience of our team members gives each person a different perspective to bring to the table and allows our team to think outside of the box to find solutions that otherwise may be overlooked.

Their team was extremely helpful throughout the entire design and construction process. The work was performed on time (with some very short time constraints) and on budget. We had weekly progress meetings and they worked extremely well with our team and all of our vendors (cabling, IT, movers, etc). They were prompt in addressing all issues that arose during our project and they went above and beyond in assuring our new offices were completed timely and on budget.
